How To Check-In On The App?

Hi, I've been using the webpage for months now but yesterday the site was down for a while so I installed the app. It's all good but I couldn't find where to check-in.

Can anyone point me in the right direction please?

    Do you mean "check in" as in enter a new weight?

    If so you can tap on the "+" button on the bottom right of the 'Home' tab and enter your new weight there.
