I just returned to MFP last night. I was on in 2014-2015 and lost some weight but gave up and didnt follow through. This time, I am ready. I lost over 15 lbs thus far with a weight loss program called Omada which my insurance company (Blue Cross/Blue Shield) paid for. I want to lose at least 10-15 more pounds. Thought about joining NOOM but I hear after a few months the articles are not so good and it can be expensive after the free trial. I also read this MFP app has a way better database of food. This time around, I will read others' comments, stories, etc. and try to be more active in the community.
