Hi! Im going to be training for my first Half Ironman. I need advice!!! I’m not on any social media. I’m wondering if there are blogs or people I should follow. Any help/support would be much appreciated!!

    sure - ask away! i've done 2 full ironmen (Chattanooga and Louisville) and many half

    @_Within_ which one are you doing/when is it? Are you following a plan? I've done 2 fulls (Choo and Santa Rosa) and a handful of half's....I'm doing Augusta next month (Sept 29th).
