How to set a proper goal?
I’m in the top of the healthy range for BMI but have some fat I would like to get rid of as I am right on the border.
I also would like to put on some mass. Gain 5-10 lbs of muscle.
How do I set my calorie / macro goal??
The number on the scale is not that important to me, as I would like to drop fat and add size.

It sounds like you have a goal: lose fat, gain muscle.
Maybe eat at maintaince and do a progressive lifting program. That's called "recomp," and it's got exactly what you want to do.8 -
Another vote for recomp. Someone should be along to post a link to a long thread we have about that.1
