Hi everyone. I seem to have stopped losing weight so I’m looking for some advice and/or tips on how to get things moving again please.

I’m 29 years old, F, 5”5 and currently weigh 147lbs. I don’t exercise much apart from some walking and using an exercise bike 2-3 times per week, for 10-30 minutes each time. My calories are 1200 per day and I use a food scale to weigh all of my food.

My starting weight in February this year was 184lbs and I’ve lost approximately 37lbs since then. In April and May, I had lost 8lbs and 7.6lbs, respectively. However, this month I’ve only been able to lose 2.5lbs so far. I would like to lose just another 9lbs but I feel like I’m stuck at this weight.

Any tips or advice is greatly appreciated, thanks.

Closer you get to goal weight / healthy body fat percentage the lower and slower weight loss will be.

2.5lb in less than a full month is excellent for someone who wants to lose another 9lb. As long as you continue to lose weight each month all is good.

    Patience is key.
