Pls help me out

I m female...80kgs weightCan I loose my upper body weight also if I only do leg training in gym because I have muscle spasm in my upper back?

    You can’t spot lose weight, only spot tone. So you will lose weight where your body decides to lose weight not where you want to. So yes, you will lose weight all over as long as you are eating at a deficit and working out.

    Where you lose your weight has absolutely nothing to do with what exercises you do. Your body will tend to use its fat stores in a certain order, and there's nothing you can do to change that.

    So - while only doing leg training won't affect where you lose your weight, nobody can say for sure whether it's the upper body weight that you'll lose!
