Hello Members of My Fitness Pal!!!

Just thought I'd come say hello. I'm only the long and windy road to Slimdom!! Looking forward to tracking all of my food and excersize and getting help and advice off you all.

Recipies are my down fall... I'm a terrible TERRIBLE cook so I'm trying to find simple easy things!! xx

    Welcome to MFP and good luck on your goals. You must check out the recipes topic on the board. There are lots of good recipe ideas.

    Aww terrible is an understatement! Hahaha. Just stay away from any kind of chicken and mash suprise or peas!

    There are loads of recipes on the recipes board though and I can always write you out some instructions! OR we could have a cooking masterclass one evening?!! THAT would be fun!!

    A cooking masterrclass would be amazing!!!

    LMAO - my chicken and mash suprise..... that suprise was it was fish!! Which ended up being burnt and evaporated, so basically mash!!
