Hi

hi!!

I've always been into fitness and used to love bodybuilding and only really lift weights cardio was a swear word!!

until a few years ago started training in Muay thai and Brazilian ju jitsu, I had not touched properly for a good 2 years until about 3 weeks ago I decided I would add weight training and cardio outside Martial arts both for fitness and strength and because I missed weight training!

I'm looking to increase weight slowly but not obsessed with my weight as I used to be, I more want to enjoy training and keep a count to track my progress.

It's also cool to speak to other like minded people, does anyone else train outside the gym?

    I used to play soccer and I also used to run outside, but now I'm always in the gym.

    Now that summer is here, I like to try to get in nice long hikes and kayaking too. Unfortunately, I don't have that much vacation time to do that often. In the meantime, I like to hit the heavy weights at the gym.
