Hi everyone—
I finished my dissertation and major projects at work—I can finally pour my energy into health and weight loss/lifestyle change.
Anyone log on daily and want to help check diaries periodically for accountability? I am currently doing low carb, but I am careful about proper nutrition, too. I do take vitamins and supplements, too.
