I've decided it's finally time to get serious about losing my belly fat. I'm 70kgs and want to get down to 60kg. What are the best workout plans for weight loss? I'm aiming for 1KG a week! obviously i'll focus on food intake too but I plan to go to the gym 4-5 times a week. Any tips would be appreciated!
