As we all know in order to really see a change in our physique, "diet" is the most important thing to adjust. However, physical training is another key role. So, what does your training look like so far this week? Below is were I'm at.

Monday:
Morning-HIIT
Evening-Weight training (Legs)

Tuesday:
Morning-Yoga
Evening-Weight training (Chest and Tri)

Wednesday(Rest Day):
Morning-Extra sleep
Evening- A brisk walk.

I'll update Sunday on what happened the rest of the week :)

I'm curious to see what you all do, to get to were you wanna be physically.

    Monday: Legs + 30 Mins SS/stairs

    Tuesday: Arms + 30 mins HIIT/TREADMILL

    Wednesday: Back + 30 mins SS/stairs

    Yesterday was deadlifts, pullups, mid-rows on the machine, and a bent over dumbell row/TRX row superset, followed by calves which I do every other day, Abs which i do everyday, and my cardio.
