Hello people,
I joined MFP yesterday and I'm here to win at losing some weight.
I'm throwing it out there because if I don't I may wither away like so many times before - but this time feels different. I'm mid 40s 6.1 265. I workout regularly but haven't been able to lose the LBs. I know diet is the key - that's why I'm here.
