"Your sugar goal is to stay under 90grams" someone explain

Hi I'm completely new and newb to bulking bodybuilding and myfitnesapal.

Anyways I'm 5'7 and around 55kgs. The app told me to eat 2390 calories. So I entered my costume meals which is protein shake it showed 640 calories and it told me to stay under 90grams

I dont understand what do them mean by this the app only shows fats protein and carbs and it doesn't show sugar levels in grams. Also this is protein shake and I'm bulking why should I stay under 90grams, and where do I tell I've surpassed the 90gràms limit because I'm having the 2 protein shake a day

    If you go under the "nutrition" tab (Towards the left if you're on mobile, Not sure about on other things) it shows you your sugar!

    I switched my sugar tracker out for fiber years ago. I'm already tracking carbs and sugar is a carb.

    Ultimately, if you don't have any medical issues in reference to sugar, it doesn't matter.
