    Started keto a little less than a month ago. Love it so far!

    My boyfriend and adult daughter started with me. We're not finding it very restrictive, we stay full, and the energy boost is great!

    Just realized a couple of days ago, there's groups on here. The one just called "Keto" is great and active.

    It has threads with good tips and foods.
