Logging Workouts

Hello everyone! I'm new to this! Will definitely need tips on logging my workouts. I usually do about an hour and a half of total body workouts with cardio on my weight days. How on earth am I supposed to log all those different exercises??

    Log "strength training" in the cardio section for the duration of your lifting routine, not all the individual exercises
