I am not new to MyFitnessPal or any other tracking app that exists. I have started and stopped because of lack of consistency and in search of perfectionism. My weight loss goal is increasing and not decreasing. So what is new this time ? I do not know this is yet another attempt to reduce weight but thinking of just logging what I eat and see the feedback from MyFitnessPal and my body and go in the right direction. What scares me is the commitment , if I am able to keep up . I have recently retrained myself and changed careers just by being committed and believing in myself but weight loss is a different game for me. I am taking the inspiration from my career change and trying to motivate myself this time around

    If you eat the foods that you like and are truthful and consistent in completing the food diary and following the macros, you will reach a calorie deficit and lose weight. Easy peasy. 😀
