Massive binge

Yesterday I binged around 5000+ calories. After I ate all the food my stomach was so swollen and bloated. It honestly hurt to stand up. But now that today is a new day, I'm going to act as if it's just another ordinary day, although I still am a bit dissapointed. I'm going to keep my calorie count at around 1200-1400 and I'm going to take a break from alternate day fasting. Has anyone else experienced something similar to this?

Were you doing 1200-1400 a day, and alternate day fasting? If so, that is likely why you felt the need to binge, because that is too low calories. For a fasting program like 5:2, you are supposed to eat at maintenance on your fast days.
I think it is a good idea for you to take a break from that and just focus on lower calorie consistency. We all have those days sometimes though and the important thing is to just get back on the horse. It has very little effect in the long run.6 -
Eat it. Enjoy it. Log it.
Did you log everything from your binge? When you're interested in doing it again, you can look at what it cost you, emotionally and physically. Just a thought.
