Hi all
Just starting out on a New healthy eating and exercise plan in the hope I can lose some weight for good! Tried various diets and can’t maintain it and so going back to basics! Would really love some like minded people to add me so that we can support each other through the ups and downs!
I’m 40 and want to be feel fabulous!!

    It's all about eating at a calorie deficit. Fill out the food diary truthfully.
