This is a first for me. I am so glad I found this! For now, my goal is 2 lbs for this 10 day round. Baby steps to beginning a new life style!
Can’t decide if I want to go Keto, or just healthier foods like fruits and veggies instead of fast food for lunch on workdays.
Increase my water intake to at least 2 L per day.
Try some yoga for beginners to get this 40? yr young body moving again.
Be sure to get out of my work chair hourly and get 3000 steps at work.
