Hey all,

Here is a blurb about myself and my situation.

Right now, I have been on a solid Push/Pull/leg cycle every other day for two months and I am starting to see some gains. My major issue I need to work on is increasing my grip strength for bigger lifts. My favorite exercise is shoulder shrugs which I do almost every session. Right now I am trying to learn how to properly gain mass, since I am in the position where I don't need to bulk at my current weight. My ideal goal is 200 pounds, and 10% body fat. I intake about 2000 calories a day right now and 140 grams of protein is my current goal. My breakfast consists of a protein shake after the gym of 2 scoops of nitro tech powder 1 teaspoon of creatine a banana and 2 cups of fat free milk, but it is almost 4 cups when I make it so I am thinking of splitting it into a before/after drink. I intermittently fast from 12 AM to about 3-4PM due to my job being overnights.

Really just looking for friends to either share progress or advice.
