Anyone else having syncing issues with iphone and ipad?

I updgraded to premium and am pretty frustrated. I never had this issue before and it's a real pain for tracking accurately. Suggestions are welcome. (I've already tried forcing a sync- doesn't work "failed to sync"; and checking to make sure all user names, etc. match)

I have been using this combo for months, but only had problems yesterday (June 30). So hopefully just a short-term hiccup.
