July Picture Challenge

Hey guys! The challenge is to take a picture of everything you eat through the “see how you eat” app and then post a screenshot of it in our chat every day! You will weigh yourself before and after July and post that as well. It is very useful because you can be more mindful in what you’re eating and your notice habits throughout the day, but there is no pressure to take away the things you like! It will motivate you to keep a balanced diet, while it holds us accountable to see what each other eats. Whoever does it every day, with the exception of three free passes, will get a shout out at the end:) be sure to post your weight at the beginning and end!
