Last night at the gym, after my strength training session, I jumped on the treadmill. This guy walked by that I have seen a 100 times in there and we usually just say 'Hi' to each other, just being friendly. Last night, however, he came over to me and asked me my name, then said: "I can really see a difference in you since you started coming here. All your hard work is paying off, you look really good. Keep it up!". Awww...how cute! I had a smile on my face for my entire cardio workout :-)

I LOVE it when stuff like that happens! I have had several people do similar to me at the gym, and it always makes me smile.
