Special needs mom to an 18yo girl who is much bigger! Just started my self-care journey when I started having back pain leaning over the bathtub or keeping her upright in times of her weakness. I started working out and eating right 8 days ago!! Looking for more support and friendship!! 😁👏

    I work with adults with special needs and absolutely know how much blood, sweat, love and tears parents put into their children when they care for them at home. HUGE hugs to you and kudos to you for taking time out for yourself❤️❤️❤️❤️.
