Military Veterans looking for other vets

Hello my fellow military veterans. If you are like me the dress uniform you wore at your retirement or discharge ceremony is now a number of sizes too small. Well I say it’s time to change that. I’m looking for a at least one committed former warrior to join me in a 120 day push to get back in fighting shape by Veterans Day on Nov 11. Like a battle buddy I need someone to whom to account for my performance and I for his or hers. I’ll take more than one if others want to join the mission. So what do you say. We kick off the Friday after Independence Day. Friend me telling me your intent. I look forward to achieve success with you. Ted.

    Long-time MFP user and veteran here. I'm game! I used MFP to get into even better shape than I was in the military (so my Class A uniform fits again), but I need motivation to stop the weight creep that I've had going on since I got injured and stopped running. Welcome to MFP!
