My July Goal!

My July goal is to train my mind. It takes 21 days to break a habit and that is what I am doing in July. Disposing the bad habits and moving forward. When I say train my mind I mean no bread, sodas, chips or sweets. I am not depriving myself. I am going 21 days to let myself know that these things are not a need that they are a want. I will and can live without them. Also to teach myself that after those 21 days I can have them but in moderation and still be successful.
My second goal is to continue to track everything faithfully and bring activity back 3 times a week at curves.
Wish me luck cause I am chasing success here.
