Hello, fitness community!
My namr is Troy im new here. Im currently doing a lean bulking diet that i found on Youtube from channel James Remmington. Im currently on day three.
I weigh 165 pounds and a trying to eventually reach my goal of 185 and put on some serious muscle mass.
Any tips and advice would be much appreciated
