What’s you option on this?
I really enjoy having a monster ultra (zero calories) or a red bull sugar free.
Can you think you can still lose weight/body fat at the same speed drinking these?

Yes. CICO.
There are numerous threads where this has been hashed out ad nauseam if you want more commentary, but the gist is CICO.6 -

Zero calories means zero calories.
I would not have achieved or maintained the weight loss that I have without Coke Zero.

I don't consume anything that has weird ingredients and no natural ingredients except water. I especially stay away from fake sweeteners. They do a number on my gut.26

Worked for me. Lost 1/2 my body weight drinking diet pop.
Why wouldn’t they? It’s all about eating less calories than your body burns for weight loss. Fits in very easily.6 -
How do you think a zero calorie drink would affect your calorie balance OP?4

The only way zero calorie drinks can cause weight can is if they stimulate your appetite and you overeat as a result. On their own, they have no impact whatsoever as it is all about balancing energy in and energy out when it comes to your weight.9

Dropped 108 lbs drinking diet pop daily7

Yes I think you can still lose weight at same speed using these.
As indeed I did.1 -
I regularly drink Coke Zero or Bang (which I prefer to Monster since it has less salt). Hasn't hindered me in the slightest. There is some evidence that artificial sweeteners can increase appetites for some people (I've seen numerous articles posted here in other threads), but that hasn't been the case for me. If it's working for you, stick with it.1

Yes ma'am. There is SOME subjective data that shows SOME people may be more prone to sweet taste.2 -
I drink a few Coke Zeros a day and have kept a 100lb weight loss off for almost two years. I did step away from soda (diet and otherwise) during my early weight loss because sweet was definitely a trigger for me. I've worked past that and now enjoy diet soda when I want a sweet, bubbly beverage.1

I lost 50 pounds (and am in maintenance over a year) drinking diet soda most days.1
