Dinner under 300 calories

Hi, I am getting quite good at low calorie dinners and wanted to share this one, as I felt really full afterwards and it was high on protein, too.
I made Heck chicken sausages (2 for 90 calories) and a tomato and peach salad. In the salad I added tomatoes and peaches (sliced), basil, red onion, and then you can make a small amount of dressing with some oil and vinegar. If you’re smart with the amounts this can come in well under 300 calories. Enjoy!

Are you sure that is the right calorie count for the sausages? That seems really low! But good deal if you are right!

The chipolatas are 2 for 95 cals (if its the Italia ones, I think there are others). I would want 4 though. I wouldnt bother with any oil in the dressing and then hopefully the salad would come in at about 120ish

Yes I am sure, I check everything.
It was just a suggestion - obviously feel free to amend or whatever. I choose to have small amounts of olive oil because it enhances satiety and is good for you, but it’s each to their own!
