    Training routine has been blown all to heck, this week, so I'm, at least, remembering to eat very healthy. I want to add weight, but I want healthy muscle mass, not blobature. SOOO, it's back to the playbook, filled with the foods that I lost 255+ pounds on.

    Tonight, it's one of my all time favorites: Asian Chicken Salad. It's A VERY filling 652 calories, comprised of 46g Carbs, 34g Fat and 53 muscle building grams of protein!
