    Yes, regular exercise is crucial to my mental health and in times of increased stress I increase exercise.

    Yea the "you can fit in a workout in under any circumstances" is definitely not true. It's a nice idea, but it doesn't bear fruit. It also doesn't relieve stress for me but such is life.

    But yes, at least it seems we all agree exercising should be fun, or should at least be a means to an end where that end is enjoyable.
