Not visually seeing a difference

Over maybe 3 years I have lost 36 pounds (16 of which have been recent, consistent loss using MFP. The rest came off, came back, and off again over a long period of time).
I’ve gone from a size 20 down to a 14 and an Xl to a L. I can see a difference in how clothes fit and feel a difference when I put my hands on my hips or my back. But I still don’t SEE a difference when I look in the mirror. I’ve heard it can take a long time to really view yourself differently when losing weight.
How much weight loss did it take you to see a difference in the mirror?

I lost over 50 pounds slowly by maintaining and losing over the last 5 years or so and it wasn't too noticeable to me due to the time that passed. I started MFP again in January to get the rest off and really started noticing a difference around 30lbs down, especially once I went clothes shopping and replaced all my baggy pants with more form-fitting clothes. I'm still adjusting to how I look now and have another 10-15 pounds to go. If you haven't yet, take pictures so you can make comparisons.
