    Yes, I agree with earlier comments. Finance worries can lead to actual depression. Having a lack of money could be thought of/taken as financial depression. Keeping finances under control is a constant challenge. Glad to say, getting mine under control and if I stick to my plans, I should be debt free in a few years.
    If you’re really worried about finances, it’s always a good idea to talk with people and yes at some stage, your bank.
    Also, it will be painful but doing a little maths on your finances (simple balance sheet) really spells it out about where your money is being spent/lost. Then you can start to plan how to tackle things.

    There's no right or wrong reason why people get depressed, and often there's no clear reason at all. If you feel like you're struggling, get help if you can.
