Wanting to tone my body and burn fat

I always want to burn my fat and tone up, but I've always had the problem of keeping my motivation up and my drive isn't always there for me. I also deal with depression and anxiety, so I'm always my own worst critic whenever I do anything.

I just need somebody to be a good motivator for me to keep pushing myself to be more than just what I can put out. Also having some friends that are doing the same is a good drive enforcer too.

    What kind of exercise do you do? Cardio helps my anxiety. Toning happens for me only through lots of weights.

    I'm trying yoga as I am old and have a bad back and hip but want to loose my belly. From my aching legs might be working notbsure about my belly yet. Try different things
