never sore from deadlifts...

Just realized this..I NEVER have DOMS from them. Granted I never make a point to beat my erector muscles up, but I never have any leg or back soreness from deads.

Is this a sign of anything?

I've never been sore from them either. I have no interest in straining my back by trying to over do it. But as long as I feel challenged while I'm doing them, I don't sweat it if I'm not sore from them afterwards.

Squeeze your butt muscles at the top of the motion, and focus on pulling your shoulder blades up and together at the top of the motion, as well. Works for me, but it takes conscious thought!

Please tell me you are not serious.

OP I wouldn't worry about it so much, unless you feel like you are not progressing on your program.

You don't get DL DOMS until you're pulling at least 500lbs.

You don't have to be sore to have a good workout. Sometimes I'm sore and sometimes I'm not and I always lift as heavy as possible while I can keep good form.

Try and go heavier if you can keep good form, weakling.
