Just wanted to introduce myself

My name is Carol. I started using this site in 2009 weighing in at 183lbs and 5' 4". By counting calories, I was able to get to 140lbs and maintained until March of this year. I was up to 150lbs and feeling terrible.
I did low carb, high fat moderate protein, cut out all sugar treats, white bread and dairy. I knew I could not eat this way the rest of my life so after 3 months and a 16lb loss decided to bring back all the foods I enjoy in moderation. I am doing 1200-1300 calories a day. I want to maintain at 125-130lbs. My last weigh-in was 134.2, so I have a little way to go. I enjoy the site and learned a lot for all the wonderful people who take the time to help others. I hope I can do the same.
