L-Spinach, Grape tomatoes, Fat free dressing

No food after 6pm
Weight in Sunday goal is 177.0
Goal is to eat every 3 hrs

I have no idea what this post is even about, but I'll bite. You expect to lose 4 pounds in 3 days? You're 181 today (8/15) and expect to be 177 on Sunday (8/18)? Really?
You've eaten next to nothing today. A protein bar, 2 fruit snacks, some spinach, grape tomatoes and fat free dressing. What, maybe 200-300 calories total?
If you're looking for affirmation about that, it isn't coming from me. Sorry.0 -

if you keep eating like that, you'll get to 190 before you see 170! Even at that low of a food intake, your body will do it's best to store it all as fat....eating like that is usually followed by a BIG crash, no matter how much will power you have!0 -
