One day at time. Your focus is to make that change by first log in daily by tracking your intake and staying under your daily calorie goal. And start off by walking whether its on a treadmill or out at the park. Whatever your fitness level allows you to do. Do whatever it takes and say...
"I'm gonna do this. I"m gonna stick with this. I cant lose track. And I will not give up. I will make it to the finishline and I will win!"
And remember if it gets overwhelmed or your energy gets lackadaisical. We are here to pull you up and push you. To encourage you.
