Suddenly a comfort eater!

A problem I've discovered with my diet is that I am suddenly a comfort-eater. When I Have a particularly rough day (like today, which was great until, quite literally, a tragedy occurred) I find myself reaching for the chicken strips and chili-cheese-bacon-ranch fries (or hot dogs) and cheesecake.
Does anyone have any healthy foods that they turn to in times like this, when you need something that feels indulgent and naughty, but won't kill the diet?
Snacks, meals, desserts, anything that will make me feel like I'm indulging in my new comfort-eating habit, but isn't really so bad.
(Note: I avoid aspartame and other artificial sweeteners most of the time. They trigger migraines when I have more than a teeny bit.)
