I was told thru my 23 and me D.N.A. results that i have a muscle twitch fiber only found in elite power athletes called actn3 gene. I gain muscle very easily and i have crazy workout stamina. but im not losing the weight. strong like bull ....fat like pig. would low carb/sugar my answer to blend this all out. PLEASE HELP ME

Calories determine weight loss/gain, macros (like carbs) can affect satiety and compliance. Choose a way of eating that makes it easier for you to stick to your calorie goal, for some that's low carb and for others not so much.

I wouldn't build my weightloss regimen around a gene that everyone has. There are different types as I understand it, but that and $.25 won't get you a cup of coffee.
