For those that lift, do you use gloves? My grip has been ok so far, but I think I may be getting to a point where I could benefit from gloves. Problem being I have never found a pair that fit well enough to to feel snug. My hands are long and narrow and every glove I have ever tried feels too wide or too short. Any good suggestions?

I did ages ago back when I started. Now I don't, but I use versa grips. I can't pull heavier weights without the grips because grip and *kitten* little tiny wrists. The versa grips (they are kind of like straps but without all the long bits to wrap around the bars) are fantastic. Sometimes I am literally holding on by the tips of my fingers when it's really heavy but I still manage to pull it.

So I say don't bother with gloves, go for the grips.

    No, I don’t use gloves.
I do use liquid chalk tho...which is great for my grip when my deads get close to the max weight I can pull.

These arr what I use also. Ive tried a few different kinds and I keep coming back to these ones. They are slim and they hold up really well.
