Fell off

Hi everyone, I am back after 6 years. Looking for encouragement. Any recipes, advice would be greatly appreciated. HELP!😁

    Hey! Most people fall off during their fitness journey, myself included lol. Something's that helped me trip up less when eating is drinking more water! I know it's obvious, but you wouldn't believe all the times I've said to myself "ooh I'm still hungry" when all I needed was a swig of water and boom appetite sated. Other than that, I'd say if you happen to fall off again, tell yourself that tomorrow's a new day, and get back on the wagon immediately :)
