    I'm doing 16:8 intermittent fasting while breastfeeding my 5 month old. Starting to reduce carbs too. Have you seen fast800? Some good ideas in there even if you are having more calories.

    I’m trying high protein/low carb. My daughter is 5 months old. Not on Keto, because I’m scared it’ll drop my supply. I miss Keto 😢

    Careful going low carb when breastfeeding. I lost my milk supply with my last baby because of this. He was only 4 months old and I had planned to go until 9 months like the others :(
