Removing location from profile

I can’t seem to remove my location from my public profile, in the phone app. I can change the zip to show somewhere I don’t actually live, but can’t seem to remove it completely. I see others don’t have any location on their profiles.
Any ideas?

    Try doing it from the web version. It *should* transfer over. Lots of things on this site have to be done from the web version.

    That’s kind of what I’m slowly figuring out! So annoying!
