Fitness Pal Intro

Good Morning! I am new to fitnesspal and have just completed my entries for today. I joined a 42 Day Detox Challenge and fasted for almost three entire days so my entries are pretty empty for those days but now that I have completed that I have been treating myself to carbs again! :) But...I do plan to keep in line with the exercise and fitness routine they taught me during that time and to keep the nutrition plan in mind as I move forward. It was pretty strict because it is designed to help you kick start your body into shape during those 42 days. I hit the required goal and have treated myself a little bit since yesterday though! :)
