do this in conjunction with weight watchers, how do i keep my macros in line, im going over

weight loss is about calories.
macros help with feeling full and overall health. unless you have health issues or a special doctor based diet, there is no need to be "100%" on marcos. and you can balance them over a few days VS daily.
Protein should be seen as a minimum not a max. and not really a huge deal unless you have a health issue if you are a bit over/under the others.
Also, since entries in the database are user generated, there may be some errors in the details entered thus the macro, and there are also rounding quirks used by companies.0
