Anyone else weigh in Friday mornings?! I’m down 2.6 this week after my first week back on track! I’ve been tracking/weighing everything and making sure I hit my 10k steps every day.
10 more lbs to go!

    I weigh in everyday. How come you do it weekly?

    I weigh daily. It keeps me engaged in the process and makes it easier for me to understand my weight trends.

    I weigh in everyday. How come you do it weekly?


    Because you cannot get an accurate representation of actual weight loss daily. Technically the most accurate would be weighing in bi-weekly but I can’t go that long.
    Also it’s easy to get caught up in the weight and stress over a little change from day to day when it’s not “real weight” and could be caused by any number of things
