Howdy
Mid 20s early 30s male here. I was 285 at the end of May, and I have lost 25 lbs so far. I have had what some refer to as love handles since I was 12 years old and started to put on weight . My question is does anyone have any exercises or advice on how to get rid of the sagging on the sides of your midsection . I am assuming that I am going to have stretched and sagging skin as I continue to lose weight. Although, I am not certain of that.

Unfortunately you can't spot reduce with exercise. Your love handles will go away as you lose weight...they are part of the midsection which is primary fat stores for most men and they are a first on, last off proposition.
That said I would recommend getting into the weight room if you haven't already. It will do more to change your overall body composition than anything else.1 -
you are so young, you may not have sag skin. I do and it is a real drag...0
