Ooh can I join? I have MFP set to my most recent HW (220.8) but my May ultimate HSW was 226, and my UGW is tentatively 125 lbs, which makes my journey this year a 101 lb journey down!

I was wondering if there were any funny food combos you guys have encountered or discovered and tried (and perhaps enjoyed??) ? My own example would be putting berry flavored whipped cream cheese in a berry smoothie. Never would have pegged myself for putting "cheese" in a smoothie! It gave it a slight tang that I would recommend.0

In an entire week I bounced between 209.2 and 210.6 lbs. I was in a deficit every day except yesterday, where I was in excess. Caved and ordered a food scale which will come tomorrow and unless I pack it in my single carry on, I won't be using after Monday until Saturday, with little time to see results. Alas, Maybe by the 18th I'll finally see what I want to see-- dropping weight!

I was out of town this week and not sticking strictly to any sort of diet or restrictions. Still, I finally broke out of last week's plateau.

Plan is to lose another 6.4 lbs to get to 202 lbs by September. Not sure it's possible unless I kick myself in the butt but I'm looking for sustainable. Sustainable is slow for me lol1 -

I got demotivated last week with family and forgot yesterday. I’m still here but back to 208.6 lbs today/yesterday/the day before. No formal post but I guess I’m +0.2 lbs. Not recorded is that week of the 11th I made it down to 206 something lbs.1

I was only 2.4 lbs away and that's a win for me. I'm at a new low for the year today so I'm pretty happy about that, too. I lost 9.4 lbs overall. I had some moderate up-and-downs by week but some drastic ones day-to-day. I'm just glad the trend was downward.1
