Relatively New to MFP

Hey guys! Where to begin...I was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia in October 2017. I have been in remission for over a year, which is amazing. However, I’ve gained about 20 lbs from steroids and other chemo drugs I cannot shake (always been very healthy and very athletic). I started orange theory about 3-4 months ago and LOVE it, but this week I got into a car accident and broke my ankle so no Orange Theory for a while. I have decided since I will not be able to be very active, I’m going to take my focus and put it into nutrition and hopefully that will pay off. I’m here for any advice and tips anyone wants to send my way. Thanks!

Sorry to hear, hope you heal quickly. Focusing on diet is still an excellent way to fitness (as a friend told me, you can’t outrun a bad diet) so stay motivated.0

Welcome to the community!
I don't exercise (yet) and am doing well on just focusing on the nutritional side of things for now.
I wish you well on your journey.0
